Hello members,

Sorry have been quiet the last couple of weeks have a few major projects that we have finished and finishing up on that's very exciting.

Had a lovely E350 CDI in for Stage 1 calibration which as we found had underlying EGR issues as you will be able to see from the plot was causing havoc with how the vehicle was making power and torque.

After letting the vehicle cool down we performed 8-10 base sweep tests which showed up the issue. After logging everything we set to start tuning the E350 CDI. Running EDC17 CP46 means no ECU removal all via OBD actual READ.

Made good gains but I still think there is a little to be had from it but customer didn't want us pushing past what we deemed safe for the vehicle.

Still gaining 50bhp and 103nm of torque and sorted the power and torque curve the customer was very happy as were we.

Here are some bits we have been working on!

488 Challenge car we are setting up with the guys at SBRace engineering

Porsche Boxter racing in the Porsceh Club GB who's dad also has a 911 in Carrera cup BG

GT3-RS we are developing a full Inconel and Titanium exhaust system with tuned manifolds

And a bunch of horrible BMW's lol

The exhaust on the white Porche seems to have been woven all over the cockpit. Must be deafening when driven.;)

That's interesting.....

That's interesting.....

Why?
That's actually my right foot when running that level of torque I feed the throttle in a little after tuned as I don't want to over load the torque converter as the dyno will put more load on the car than any real world driving condition would.

I'm working on one at the moment and the way I throttled in on this they don't over lap so just depends on where my foot is when I start the sweep test.
