Mercedes E400 CGI Stage 1 Calibration with Dyno!!!

Hello members,

Had an awesome E400 CGI in for Stage 1 remapping.

While we let the car get rid of residual heat on the dyno while also running diagnostics and all of our pre checks on fluid levels, Dif, visual inspections, tyres, tyre condition and pressures etc.....

This variation was running the standard MED17.X.X which allowed for OBD access as some of the 400 have a slightly different ECU architecture and require bench flashing.

This vehicle made pretty much stock power but torque a little up.

Was a great car to have on the dyno and the V6 does sound great! Very smooth tone indeed.

After many runs, logs and sweep tests with multiple tweaks to the software we gained an extra +76bhp and +108nm of torque which is fantastic!!!

Blutec is for the AdBlue

There is no E400 CDI in UK market
If you are referring to the E350 CDI true i had one they did not come with it My E220 CDI didnt either

Yeah sorry guys it seems I uploaded the wrong images of the vehicle which was a White E400 we also had a White E350 in the same day so have accidentally got the images mixed up

This wont get sorted until everything opens up again as the images are at the workshop and we have been shut for a few weeks now
