Hi does anyone use the Mercedes me new app?
What do I need to do to get the remote lock function to work on my E220 coupe?
Any help guys

Yes, I use it. Remote Lock etc is one of the security related services for which you have to register with a dealer (take in your V5 and I/d to prove you are the owner). If you haven’t done that already that may be why yours doesn’t show up.

edit... just seen that you have a 2015 car so that may be too early. A lot of functionality is only available on more recent models. Phone the Mercedes Me helpline and see what they say.

Check your Mercedes Me portal on the website. That should show what services are active. Perhaps yours has expired and needs renewing?
