Currently only available in Germany, Spain and Netherlands. But Rolling out to rest of Europe soon. Maybe we won't get it if we exit the EU?

Seeing as it is a £5 ODB2 bluetooth reader and an app that they can use to sell you stuff, should be next to nothing.

90% of what they are offering there are already aps to do.

True there are and i use some, the likes of Torque on my Z3 and DashCommand on my iPhone.

But i would like it to be an all polished solution and the car be talking to the phone all the time etc.

Probably the Bluetooth Adapter will be programmed to FUBAR the ECU via the OBD at some point.

Car will need to be ODB2 compliant which should be most cars after 2008. Then I guess some features will be for certain cars they add to the app.

Would be nice to get an integrated app, but not if they are going to charge silly money. Will be interesting to see if it works with any ODB2 BT adapter or if you have to buy theirs.

I had an A6 as a hire car last week and I really didn't like it. Since moving to MB I've found it's spoilt my appreciation of Audis.

Yeah, I just haven't built any love for mine. It's the Black edition S Line Avant with numerous additions so really I can't understand it as such, it's just characterless and boring really, which is a shame. It looks good and mean, but almost like every Audi you see on the road...is it an A3,A4,,A5 or A6 or A8 who knows? Only the A7 seems to have real presence IMO. My A6 sits on the drive...A LOT LOl . Still practicality sometimes demands I use it., like today..

I just bought a demo E400 which is compatible (2015). Apparently only cars 2014 on are. My E250 CGI 2013 was not.
I have the app and it is all connected. A few issues at first, but after a software update on the car, it has started to work fine. There are no adverts and you can turn the notifying emails off. It tells me (via email) the car is unlocked and do I want to lock it.
It shows where the car is, it directs you to where you parked it if you forget or are lost, fuel level/miles till MT/tyre pressures/windows open/sun roof open/boot open/brake linings, fluids etc.
As someone who, as they left the station and looked longingly at their car in the car park a few years ago and noticed the wing mirrors were out and not folded in, the remote lock facility would have been real handy then.
Oh, and it costs nothing.

I spent ages getting Mercedes Me connected on the CLS- IMHO hardly any of the features work reliably.
The Jag has an app which allows me to remote start and set target temp- why can't I do that with the CLS?!
