Mercedes Me App

Is anyone else having connection and app freezing issues with the Mercedes Me app.
My EQE SUV (2024) connects ok to the app but after about 24hr it just stops updating from the car - can’t see the level of charge, can’t monitor charging and other functions just don’t work !!!!

No, my Mercedes Me app is fine and updating from the car with no problem. Mercedes did have a general communication issue in the UK a month or so back but that seems to have been sorted.

You will have the latest all singing, all dancing MBUX system so perhaps there is a fault on the car or a general problem at Mercedes end. You could call Mercedes Me from the “i“ button in the car and log it with them.

Thanks for your feedback - I think you are probably right about the new MBUX - hopefully they will get it sorted quickly as it’s a real pain not to have a working app !!!!
