Mercedes Me Connect Emails

I recently bought a new E-Class. I’ve been lucky enough to have had 6 new cars in 4 years. On each of them I’ve been able to track the cars via Mercedes Me.
Just before buying the car I got 2 emails saying the Mercedes Me Connect services would be free. I’m now told these 2 emails were sent in error & they want to charge me for it. It’s free on the other cars. Anyone else had the same.

Should be free for 3 years so far as I know, maybe they are confusing which car you have.

Back to dealership or wing an email off to them.

Hi Thx for the post. I’ve done that. Dealership say it’s a German thing. I’m not happy as I say it’s free on my other cars.

It was free in the past. I wonder if MB are just following suit now that LR and BMW have gone that way?

Welcome. If I had bought six new MB's in four years, I would expect it for free. If they do start charging I see the take up really dropping off. The data is also very useful to them as well.
