I have a fine old Merc S280 which is making a very funny noise relating to the power steering. Also, the automatic gearchange is just not right. Could this latter just be automatic fluid?
Bottom line is who knows anyone in this area they might recommend to repair? Weir's in Perth are charging around the £60.00 per hour labour charge and I'd rather try someone else.
New to this forum and looking forward to being a member.

Merparts in Ashgrove Lane , Port Glasgow are the only 'indy' I can reccomend .

The company is run by Paul Mazzoni and his brother Stef , both highly qualified MB trained technicians . Paul is technical advisor to the Mercedes-Benz Club .
