Mercedes ML270 Load clicking sound underneath

I wonder if anyone can give me any pointers.

MY ML270 makes a load click sound underneath the vehicle when I go foward and reverse back. (CLICK)

ITS not the gearbox or the prop. Its like something is loose.

check the torsion bars, esp the box where they are bolted in,
