The thing is I agreed to the service plan when I had my service A carried out last July at Norwich, I pay £46 monthly, I'm not sure I can just opt out or not?

You can use another Mercedes dealer

That's exactly what I'm going to do, I spoke with a friend who had a bad experience at Norwich with his A45 AMG they drove his wife's car into a bollard and dented the door.....Although they repaired it he said it was as if they were doing her a favour, not even a bunch of flowers as an apology

Actually I did look inside the box on the day to confirm the old one was in it ;)
