Mercedes number plate: M777ERC

I have been thinking about selling a number plate for a little while and I was not sure where to advertise. Originally bought as an investment and I placed in on my old C class. Now on retention.

I don't like the idea of Ebay. I have thought about planning to call my local dealer in the next day or two. However on trawling the internet I came across this excellent site.

Any ideas?.. is there a specialist magazine that anyone can suggest.

Or more relevant, what do you want for it now? There is a Merc magazine, but I think you need to join the club. Great number plate!

My parents bought for my wife when the DVLA released 'A' plates. Her initials.

So when 'M' plates were released I thought this one was good to get especially as it was only £250 including transfer.

I could have bought M666ERC at the same time but didn't - I suppose for good reasons.

I would have thought it would be worth £750- £1,000 by now.
