Mercedes S500-NAVTECH CDs

I live in PA and travel betwwen NJ and NY...The CDs for the 2003 MB S500 that i have are split between the three states on 3 CD ROMS and it makes the Navigation system kind of useless...Does anyone know of a one CD ROM that covers all 3 states and works with this Nav system?

jUST PURCHASED A CLK 350 WITH NAV SYSTEM. ONE CD. JUST AS USELESS. SYSTEMS IN LEXUS AND INFINITI ARE MUCH BETTER. PERHAPS BETTER NOT TO PURCHASE A MERCEDES WITH A NAV SYSTEM.
