Mercedes sprinter COC REQUEST

I have a sprinter 2007 311 cdi left hand drive , Bulgarian registered, mercedes have stated their is no coc for the van.
Hi can I get the emission and data for the van.

There must be one if that model is sold in eu.thing is benz charge for it if not in handbook pack..my last was near 150euro for a printed copy!! Many makers will just give it to you....

I know, but mercedes factory Germany say they do not have one, they said it was £95 , which I was willing to pay.
Homogalisation vans uk have sent me letter with the build date and some other things on it.
But I’m not sure DVLA will accept this.

The vehicle was originally supplied in Spain
