Mercedes sprinter problems

Hi guys

I'm pulling my hair out at this problem with VannieAnnie , she is a 2007 sprinter mortorhome conversation, thame problem i have is that when I drive in the mornings she drives fine with plenty of boost from the turbo but as soon as I brake at traffic lights or a roundabout the engine changes tone and there is a noise that as if the front calliper sticks on then I loose all boost and goes into limp mode but after getting to work and the van has sat for 8 hours it drives fine then when I stop again then the same problem comes up can anyone help please tia
