Mercedes Vito 116 CDI Stage 1 Remapping and Dyno!!!

Good morning members,

Had a customers Mercedes Vito work van in for Stage 1 calibration, this gentleman also has a C63s AMG which will be having a good amount done by ourselves in the new year.

While we let the van get rid of residual heat on the dyno while also running diagnostics and all of our pre checks on fluid levels, Dif, visual inspections, tyres, tyre condition and pressures etc.....

Equipped with the Bosch EDC17 C66 management system which we have either ACTUAL or VR reading capabilities.

Customer uses the vehicle in the building trade and a lot of the time has a large amount of materials onboard and was not impressed with the stock performance.

Vehicle is stock form made right about what we had expected!

After many runs, logs and sweep tests with multiple tweaks to the software we gained an extra +50bhp and +163nm of torque.
