Mercedes VITO tuning and remapping!!!

Hello Mercedes lovers!!!

Customer brought his W639 Mercedes VITO 113 in for a blend of power, torque and improved fuel efficiency.

The vehicle in question had done over 200k but customer has been looking after it and changing fluids and bits religiously so apart from a slightly leaky differential (which customer knew about) the van was all good to go.

Now we struggled a little to get some proper data from the rollers as even in dyno mode we struggled to keep the thing in gear and it hated being run in 4th and 3rd was the only one we could get good smooth readings from which is no issue we just recalibrate the dyno for that gear.

That being said vehicle was showing low which could be a combination of the gearing and also the mileage but that being said the deltas are great and drivability hugely improved.

Gaining +58bhp and +124nm so the gains are what I expected.
