Hello,
As far as I know, the bonnet, the front and rear bumpers and the boot lit, and the headlamp could fit straight away, from the facelifted to the non-facelifted one, the side mirror was a bit different, the facelifted one look smoother then the nonfacelifted one.
I not sure about side skirts and rear light, but I think should be alright...
