Mercedes w213 uncomfortable seats

Hello everyone
I have mercedes e class w213 e220d. I must say its a lovely car. My only pain is seats r very uncomfortable. Very narrow for me. I had c class w205 2016 before and those seats were much better. I was wondering if i can fit w205 driver seat in my w213?i checked they connectors and they r same. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would think they are completely different seats esp in terms of how they fix in, sensors and aesthetic so not backwards compatible. Plus you would have an odd seat wouldn't you? The front seats in my W213 are very comfy. Never had a problem, though the back seats are a bit pedestrian.
