Got the following message today. Could it be anything to do with the Mercedes me adapter. Will have to take it into Inchcape Mercedes Warrington tomorrow.

My guess is that something triggered the alarm .... wind perhaps?
Anything in the manual?

Thanks for your quick reply. I didn’t look in the manual as it says to contact the workshop. Car locked in the garage now, I will check the manual tomorrow..

Doesn’t the message just disappear when you start the car/drive off ?

Thanks for your reply. I stopped the engine and restarted it and the message was there for the whole journey. Sat nav, MP3 player and iPhone didn’t work (the car has command). When I returned to the car on my return journey it had disappeared.

Well that’s good news , you have no need to worry.
Make sure you drink plenty of their coffee while you wait for them to fix it.

Car went in for a software upgrade. Don’t know any more than that.
Had 2 cups of coffee and a couple of biscuits.
Removed my Mercedesme adapter!! I got home and the mileage hadn’t been updated for my return journey. Unplugged it and plugged it in again and according to the mileage it was still in the Mercedes garage.

Just reconnect via Bluetooth and all will be well!
