Mirror Indicator A180 CDI W169

Hello everyone,
I want to replace the left mirror indicator on my A180 CDI 2007 80kw W169.
At first while it was working it showed me a message that the mirror indicator is not working.
Over time it started to malfunction. So I say change it.

I couldn't find any repair manual.
Can someone help me?

i've done it using that video, take your time it's a delicate procedure and use plastic wedges to pry the delicate plastics apart,
it's difficult but doable, watch the video a few times to get the hang of it
