Mirror indicators

Hello all!
Newbie here who’s just bought a 2009 E250 CDI Coupe with the AMG option. The indicators on the mirrors are broken so looking for replacements but struggling. Previous owner obviously had same issue as there’s some brand new ones in the boot but don’t fit. The curved end of the ‘wings’ on mine both turn up but all l can find is top turning down and bottom turning up (if that makes sense lol). I’ve attached a picture of mine and the new ones. Can anyone help?

go to the dealers with your VIN and get from there. They will fit and not be some cheap ebay rubbish.

As for the ones in the boot. have you tried flipping them over.

Afraid the dealer replacement is a new housing including the lights, they don’t sell the indicators separately
