After a long week working on the car after flooding it in a massive puddle once I got out the puddle I had no gears only N and P I could rev fine just no acceleration power when put in to gear I’ve managed to fix most codes apart from some ,I have dried out the car and blew our most plugs with air

Changed starter motor
Changed engine oil , oil filter

changed trans fluid (3.5l)as was full of water changed trans filter I am now
Thinking I need to the flush the entire system as torque converter will be full of water also ?

issue I’m having is can’t get the car out of park with out doing emergency release then when I do it’s got not transmission/ very little to no acceleration

Main problem code I’m
Getting is p1925
Any ideas ?

id drain the lot and start fresh pal , only way to know for certain the flood water has been removed

thanks mate , is there any easy way of draining torque converter I’ve heard mixed opinions about if you can actually do it via trans cooler hoses and a pump ?

Your gearbox is the 722.6 which has a drain plug on the TC itself

Up to ~ late '99 early 2000 they stopped fitting the drain plug... My W210 didn't have one :(

Weird as my 211 had one,
They might have started fitting them again when they decided the gearbox was no longer sealed for life

Curious as to how your transmission/torque converter filled with water driving through deep water ?
anyway, p1925 indicates a problem with the gear selector module. I've had this happen after spilling coffee over the gear lever  got one second hand off fleebay for £40
The drive authorization module is attached to the EAM which is above your feet in the drivers footwell.
hope this helps.
