ML 270 Injector seals

Hi,

Thought I should let you know about this.

Had a problem with injectors in my 100K ML 270CDI.

Made a puller to get them out, cleaned the seats, replaced the 6mm bolts with 8mm and put in recon injectors.

I was told by a specialist!! that I couldn't do it. Well there you are. The whole job done for the price of exchange injectors.

A very large hammer , or drill them out, and re tap

A long 6.4mm drill(tapping size) and a long 8mm tap.
