ML AC - no heat

hi - quick question - if anyone has had the same problem. My 2003 ML heating has stopped working. i cant get any warm air though the vents. Engine temps and coolant levels are normal - wondered if it was a passanger compartment thermostat problem.

Any ideas ? thanks in advance

I do not have so much info on this. You do have a water circulation relay F1K19 and a circulation pump,,if one of those has failed then no wot water flowing in the heater
