ML comand without TV

I've just bought an ml500 which has comand sat nav, but the TV option is not installed. does anyone know how easy this is to get installed. the salesman suggested it might just be a different DVD but i'm not so sure.

The command will properly be ok for tv, but you will need a tv tuner ecu, tv Ariel, aerial amplifier. tv co-axial run to the command so it properly is not cost effective via MB.
Try a good in car entertainment dealer will most likely be able to do it for a lot less and still use the command for the display,
