The spring loaded luggage cover housing came apart and I have lost the spring.
This cover is only available as a complete unit from Mercedes Spares.
As a second hand one is from aroud £150 on the net, it seems incredible that you can not buy a simple spring.
Does anyone please know the length and diameter of this spring.
We have sping manufacturers coming out of our ears in the Black Country, so to buy one will be easy meat, once I know what is needed.
