ML270 CDi Fuel pressure

Hi,

My saga with the ML goes on.

Still won't rev past 3000rpm.

Air in the fuel lines by the filter.

And now it won't go at all.

Can anyone tell me what fuel pressure I should have at the main pump?

Low pressure form pre pump should be 3.5 bar,

High pressure from high pressure pump requires specialist equipment to measure and extreme caution as a minimum of 150bar to start and 300bar+ while running.

3.5 bar at low pressure pump is correct thehigh pressure value must be read via star diagnosis actual values as it can be extremly high 1300 bar ( don't even think of what that is in PSI) most common cause of low high pressure is excesive leak off from injectors, a very simple test is available to measure leak off and identify failed injector
