ML270 Drive/gear issue

Hi I have an ML270 54 Plate tiptronic, when I put into drive with foot on the break it try's to move forward quickly and would stall if you don't tap your foot off the break. Has anyone got any ideas ? Cheers Chris

Any idea on when the last ATF change was completed?

If I'm honest I don't, at least not in last 5 years, car has 140,000 on the clock

Do get it changed along with a new filter, every 40 k miles is recommended on here.
