Driving back home yesterday from Milton Keynes to Manchester, my heating panel died, no air con, no heating, no de misters.

Engine became noisy like all the fans were on, managed to get home, but still doing the same this morning, only had it 2 weeks!!

any ideas lads n lasses?

Have you checked fuses?
Yes, nothing problematic there, ive no error messages on dash display just a lot of noise like fans underneath the car and no lights on heating panel at all.
Looked it up in owners manual and it says air con leak or re gas, doesnt mention anything about the extra noise.

The extra noise will be the electric cooling fans running at high speed (so aside from being noisy not a serious issue).
The fans are controlled by the Aircon control panel. It sounds like the control unit has died or perhaps has a bad connection.
Where are you located? We can suggest a good Mercedes specialist perhaps?

Edit: just thinking about it did you buy from a used car dealer? If so you have some redress under the consumer rights act. Get them to fix it.

Just been up to the dealers, weird though damn thing has started working again, could it have been damp or water ingress and it shorted out? The obd showed no fault codes?
