Hi all. I just purchased a 2010 ML350. It has a six slot DVD in the command center. When I try to insert a DVD, according to the steps in the manual, it won't accept the disc, even though it says all the slots are empty. I have googled this, but haven't seen any information on this specific problem. Any help would be appreciated! We have a 6 hour trip coming up.

IIRC the 6 slot is for CD’s and there was a separate slot for DVD’s - that’s how my W211 with Comand worked.
