Mrs Seeker has a Ford Cougar which has some pretty bad condensation in one of the headlamp units. The water is behind the front plastic lens but not in the individual lamps.

I think this might be an MOT failure.

Can anyone advise? Thanks

Leave the headlamps on when driving it and it will clear.

You should investigate the problem as it could ruin the reflector

2018 '18' Ford Edge tdci biturbo (sorry)
as long as it doesnt affect the beam pattern, it wont fail, hence leaving the lights on will dry it out sufficiently to pass!

take the cover plates off the back of the headlamp and drive it with the lights on.
