Looking for a set of rears for my W213 but so many aftermarket ones to choose from. Or do I bite the bullet and buy from a dealer, any thoughts guys.

I have bought moulded after market that were 100% , just confirm they are for your model and not universal.
Some claim to be for my model but when you compare then they look different. eBay is a strange place.

I would contact them with exact yr model etc and let them confirm,
Some times the photos are just flaps
and not the actual item you would receive. M B main dealer I’d very expensive, although I bought ones for
rear of a Tiguan and they were after market moulded and the very stud holes were in them , didn’t even have to take rear wheels off. But don’t know what way yours fits.

Might keep the car a bit cleaner but they do impact on fuel economy in a negative way

Really mate?
Yes, really. The car is designed to be aerodynamically efficient and the W213 especially so (used to see an average of 83mpg for my 180 mile trips). Hanging a bit of rigid plastic right in the airstream increases the drag and drops the economy.

Wow that’s fantastic, who would ever want electric car if getting those
m p g. Must be very little Rd tax.
It was £0 for year one and £20 for year 2 :D

There wasn't a hybrid that could get close to what I could get from that E220d - I used to get less economy from my 799cc CDI Smart...:eek:o_O

I think we're all being conned into hybrid and electrickery when a decent diesel is actually better
