Multiplexer repair?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know where i could get a genuine C3 mux repaired? Its for a client of mine and i have tried but its a little out of my reach to repair. I could not even narrow the problem down to a cable/mux/software problem.

My client said daimler/mercedes refused to fix it even for a charge and said to my client they need to buy the c4 which i thought was sickening to think my client paid alot of money for this and all of a sudden they run away and try to force him to buy a new one.

So is there any where in the UK that offers to try repair GENUINE stars?

MB have dropped all support for the C3, even DAS will not install for them.

I can fix them if a normal power problem

Well, the problem is it has power.. the tablet charges via the OBD port all well. But it gets the dreaded initialization of the mulitplexer failed..etc when trying to diagnose any car.

So its definitely not a power issue.
