Mushroom Cloth - any tips for?

I've a 'smoky silver' or platinum 260E with mushroom cloth interior and cream carpets.

The carpets aren't the problem to keep clean it's the cloth! It's in good condition especially the sides of course but it stains so easily when it rains, and just looking at it with a wet coat or umbrella.

When it's dry it gets dirty easily too.

Cleaning can leave more stains, have tried autoglym, curtain cleaner, car shampoo, car interior foam sprays but haven't come across the ideal cleaner.

I would suggest a professional upholstery deep clean and then spray them with Scotchgard protector-it is available in aerosol cans online from upholstery suppliers. I have used it to great effect on car upholstery before.

Well yes, a can of scotchgard has to last longer than a whole bottle of Autoglym interior shampoo I've already used this year! Will do!
