My c 200 cdi won't start

Hi all
I have a merc c200cdi w204 love the car! Got in this morn to go to work,doors opened fine, dash lit up put key in ignition and heard a strange series of clicks and the electronic steering lock won't disengage and on turning the key nothing no lights lighting up nothing!! It won't turn over it has all its original keys as I tried the wife's set I'm foxed!! Any help would be greatly appreciated

With great thanks to Mark at ReplacementMercedesKeys.co.uk I've managed to get the ESL free so I can now drive it to get it looked at. Thank you again Mark and RMK for helping me out when I really was in the poo! Top company. Top advice and should any of the forum readers need advice about there mercedes Benz keys,locks or security systems I can't recommend them highly enough!
