My headlight wash/wipe system on my 190e 2.3-16 have gone beserk! I washed my windscreen when I had my lights on (hence the lights clean themselves aswell) and although the windscreen wash/wipe stopped as normal, my headlight washers went on.... and on!
I had a look at them and it turns out that whilst both water jets are going only one of the blades is going.
The only thing that stops it is turning off the headlights, although as soon as I turn them on again off we go....ultra clean headlights again!!
I'm guessing that the problem with the headlight blade that doesn't work at all is probably the motor.... but why has the rest of the system gone mad? Could it be the relay? I can't check it as I can't find the headlight relay!!
Any help much appreciated.
