My TE got shot at with a BB gun

All the kids next door where messing about with a BB gun yesterday, at one point I watch a yuff shoot into the street, any I get home today to fine the rear window on TE is smashed but still in place, the impact clearly visible there is also a BB mark on the wing.
I rang the Police they came round quested the yuffs, they denied it and the police wont take any further action as its a civil matter over damage to the car. The parent wont pay because theres no proof that it was a BB gun that ddi the damage.

Great isnt it, told the plod Im goin to sort this out myself, she said I can give you advice about civil action etc, I told her I would sort this out myself without the need for solicitors etc etc.. This could some of my last posts..................

Stay cool and get the advice about a Civil Action. That's going to have the best impact on the 'lady' next door when the letter drops through the door.

that was a little silly saying something like that to plod..as if anything happen to the kids now they will come straight to you first..leave it a while and then pounce on them when they least expect it..plan carefully and make sure of no witness..

sorry to hear about that jib, as above stay cool, wait and everything comes around!!! little s,,ts, i have to leave mine in a open car park, always a worry everytime i park it!!!
