Hi there. I am from South Africa and currently building up my Dads old 1999 s500.

I thought I had made great progress and the car was running very well and smoothly and just needed 1 or 2 last things.

As I am driving to work yesterday I experience the Cars ESP setting off, causing the car to jig as I assume it was trying to correct a traction control issue which was not actually there.

It then set off a flair of warnings (ESP visit workshop, BAS visit workshop) and I lost power steering.

Any recommendations and or reasons this may have happened all together?

Thanks for your time and reading through this

Sounds like you have a wheel speed sensor failing, all the systems above rely on these.

Thanks Alex, I will definitely give that a shot and let you know. It makes sense as when I first experienced this it was due to acceleration to merge with the highway. Appreciate the help
