Nearside wing mirror not opening?

Hi,
As above the nearside wing mirror will not open , i can hear it trying so assume power is there but will not open any ideas?

Sometimes electronic mirror motors can get out of synch. Try folding them both in manually and then using the power button. If that doesn't work try it the other way, fold them in, then out, then try the button.
