C200
I have come across two MB C200 2011 model. Both are looking good to me and would like expert opinion to decide which i should buy.

I drive 62 Miles every day which is mostly moterway run. MPG is quite key to me. I have been reading Merc C class 2011 model reviews online and mostly i see people are talking about C220. I am wondering will it be good choice for me to go for C200?

This will be my first premium car, I have been driving so far hatchback Peugeot, vauxhall etc. It will be a serious amount of money for me to buy these cars therefore your expert opinion would be really appreciated.

1. C200 CDI BlueEff SE edition Auto- 35k Miles with Merc logo on top of the bonnet
2. C200 CDI BlueEff Sport ED Auto- 59k Miles with Merc logo at front grills.

Thanks,
JM

This one of the 2 because it is Sport BUT I would look for a C220CDi

Do you have links to the cars?

The sport has slightly higher emissions so more fuel used and higher road tax.
The 220 is more economical than the 200 and has lower emissions.

Thanks. Do you have MPG figures for motorway runs C220 and C200?

Motorway run figures are not published.
You really need to check the emissions on the V5 as the mpg figures vary from facelift to facelift.
For the autos the 2011 facelift models the 200 has a combined of 57.7 and the 220 58.9, according to the brochure I have, but later 220s had better mpg figures of 64.

Personally my mileage is 70% motorway and my average over 2 years has been 53mpg, but I stick to the speed limits.
