Hi,

I received this error code (P20CE, Refrigerant Pressure Stored in air conditioning is too high.). The radiator fan always on top speed even though the air cond was not turned on.

Can someone kindly let me know the part number of this sensor? I was told to change it to get rid of this problem.

I try to locate this sensor in this website but I have no idea where to find it.

http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb1.as...12914&GA=722696&V2=002120&&VIN=2100622b190932

Mine is W210 E240 v6 year 2000.

Many Thanks.

So This is it!

Hello MikesTrivens,

Thank you for your prompt reply! I appreciated it very much!

So item 125, 3 pins SENSOR,REFRIGERANT PRESSURE is responsible for measuring the air-cond pressure.

Is this replacing item 125 a DIY thing (any website post the DIY steps)?

By the way, is there anyone knows the normal reading for the air-cond pressure? How high is high, how low is low?

Thanks again!

I am pretty sure the system has to be emptied to replace the pressure sensor, but I am not entirely sure about that. There are several aircon experts on this forum who may be watching later. Or you could phone a auto aircon specialist from the Yellow Pages if you want an immediate response.

Hi Mikestrivens,

You are right that it has to be emptied (told by air-cond shop). I hope this is root caused of this problem.

It wasn't the sensor!

Hi Mikestrivens and all,

After the trip to the air-cond shop. The problem found to be the fan regulator requires retuning and it return to normal speed.

I wish to know the part number of this regulator, seems to be not in good condition. (Is it located in the same link you have pointed earlier?)

Care to share your knowledge?

Thank you in advance.
