Friend of the wife has left her thoroughly neglected ML Diesel with me while she goes on holiday. I have promised to sort some small jobs out for her. ie putting oil in to extinguish the pretty light on the dashboard, Top up every other fluid thats never been topped up, fix the fuel cap so it does not have to opened with a screwdriver etc etc. I also need to change the headlamp bulbs and was wondering if this is as simple as on an older Merc. I haven't had a look yet but would be grateful for any advice as I have never been near an ML before.

The headlamp bulbs are a bit fiddly, you will need a torch to see what you are doing as the plastic cap is a tight fit, if halogen bulbs I am pretty sure you should not touch the glass of the bulb.
