New (2014) E300 Hybrid - SOS Inoperative

Hello, I've just joined this forum as I've been lucky enough to just take delivery of my new E300 Hybrid (UK model). I'm really pleased with it although I have one small issue - it is coming up with a message "SOS Inoperative". It does not have (or I cannot find) any SOS button etc....... does anyone have any ideas (i.e have I set somethig up wrong) or is this a trip back to the dealer?

Has some information.. I suspect though that the dealer has yet to make it live or you've not actually opted for Teleaid

weird- I have the same model but my dealer explained to me that the Teleaid function was preprogrammed - '1' set as emergency services- '2' breakdown etc...
I have seen other option on another model where those are buttons on the overhead light cluster
