unhappy MB owner at the moment. looking for some advice on dealing with a rear windscreen fault on my 2009 c250 cdi, apparently it requires a new screen to stop the alarm system from activating when i lock the vehicle. doesn't happen every time. main dealer says not covered under tier 1 warranty as its a glass fault! i though it would be more electric fault. any advice welcome.
