Hi everyone,
My first dip into ooold cars, possibly too deep, but anyway: 1982 W123 saloon.
I need to fix having to slam the doors and source a spare key from somewhere, but all good so far...

Hi and welcome,

Nice car, The big boss at my first job had a brand new Y Reg W123 230E, part of my job was to wash it and fill it with petrol. As a 17 yr old with a clapped out mini it was heaven driving this around although non of my mates from school ever saw me behind the wheel.

Thank you. As above, I've been looking for a spare key as I only have 1. I've just found a place to supply it - £70! Gotta be done though, welcome to owning old cars

£70 seems cheap. MB are charging around £300 for a replacement key these days, or so I have heard.
