Welcome, have you had a ride in a E class with 19" wheels? Lots on the site about the positive & negatives of 19" wheels.
Mine is on 18" summer & 17" winter, I much prefer the 17" for ride & comfort.
That's a shame, I've always thought theI have purchased a 2020 E Coupe, I have always loved the look of these and fancied owning one so having sold my S212 E350 in November I purchased the car shown here.
The technology is superb it’s comfortable and quiet but I detest the run flat tyres.
Do you know what though I just cannot gel with the car and miss my S212, maybe in time I will fall in love with this car we will see.
I think an E-Class estate is one of the finest packages ever bolted together. Just so good at what they do and so practical. I totally agree it’s one of the best looking if not the best in the range, I will change the tyres if I keep the car but I’m interested in the new C Class saloon which in the C300 I have tested and it’s a great drive and really quick. That's a shame, I've always thought the
E class coupe in whichever guise, is Stunning, but if you can't take to it, fair enough, if it was only the tyres I suppose you could change them, albeit at more expense, but you've said it's the car aswell, hopefully in time you will grow to like it.
Got 19s on mine from the factory, the ride is definitely on the bumpy side being on the UK but far from unbearable. Just have to avoid the pot holes but on small uneven surfaces, and motorway/A roads no problem at all!
Is the new one diesel too?I really don’t dislike the E Coupe but I just loved the S212 E350 but they are totally different beasts so maybe give it a bit longer and see.
