Hi, proud owner of a new to me 2018 C class estate 220 diesel AMG .
Loving the car and the quality.

Have downloaded the Mercedes me app. Register myself and inputted the vin for the car. Got snags when it asks to pair , it says it sending a code to the car but nothing appears . Not sure if it has a sim installed or whether it has data or how to top up . Any too tips for this would be appreciated.

As for the mercedes Me many people get it set up by the dealers.

Welcome to you, great choice of car. Check the previous owner isn't still connected to the car. If they are, it would normally tell you when you try and register it. Mioba is right, go to the dealer as they were very helpful with mine in setting it up. The Mercedes ME tech is OK but note the majority of services are subscription only and it is not exactly 'good value'! What you get for free is pretty miserable.

Welcome Rich. I think you only get full connectivity if you have Comand Online rather than the base Audio 20 system. Usually only comes with Premium Plus equipment levels.
