Holidays can upset ones routine life, you dream about how life could be if only :idea:

Yes it can be unsettling when you return, and the dreams will pass away :(:(

near skegness. its where the caravan was! i think a 32 foot static would be a bit much even for a 300 turbo to pull! except she sold it now, and i didnt have the car then!

I knew a guy in Sweden,,he would go and get some holiday catalog's take then home and choose a holiday. He would then pack a suit case for that trip, spen a few more hours reading about where he was going,, unpack and put it all away.

I only knew him has he had a pagoda in his garage that he had not driven since he bought it new in the 60s, and it is still there today

So glad you enjoyed your hol gaz - now you need to get back to work to pay the taxes that fund my old age pension. :)

And don't think us retired wrinklies have it easy either. It's decisions, decisions all the time. What shall I do next week? Relax in the garden? Go for a pleasant drive round the countryside? Stroll in the woods with the dogs?

No - I know, it's a while since I went abroad. I'll nip over to France for a couple of weeks. I need the rest from decision making, and I could do with some decent food again. If I think of it I'll send you all a postcard... ;):)
