new rad fan

hi all im in need of getting a new fan for my c230 w203747 coupe i was wondering has anyone on here done this to there coupe and if so what did u use . iv been looking at the kenlowe fans as iv used them before on other cars but the merc coupe has some sort of controller box mounted on the fan housing and was wonding how to get round it any help is very welcome

There are a few different set ups, the control box under the bumper gets water inside and can cause the fan to run all of the time. This box is also coupled to the washer level and all this is partly controlled from the SAM in the fuse box with 2 lids. Water or moisture in this box can give fan problems, and there are modified lids now for this fuse box, whether or not you can connect a Kenlowe in place of the original is not easy to answer, though the fan does have a relay in the fuse box

hi all still looking for a salution to this dose anyone know of a good merc tuning company i could ask iv found a few but they only do remapping and miner engine mods again any help would be very welcome
