New SLS, cant work out why im angry

I happened to be being dragged around tesco last night by the young lady and to amuse myself while she chose some greeting cards i picked up a copy of this weeks Autocar and there it was, page 10, mercs new supercar. So off i flicked eager to see this new dream car of mine.

I found the pics and i have to say it is stunning, it is really well deigned and i for one can see the link to the Gull wing in its lineage.

But for some reason i was really annoyed and i cant for the life of me work out why. I kept wondering why these pics wernt in the latest MB mag. I found it very frustrating, for reasons i cannot fathom.

Most publications have a press date and once missed someone else can get there first

If you read Steve Cropley's column in the same magazine (or the following weeks) he mentions that MB got all the press to get a preview of the mechanicals / chassis of the SLS. Might have been due to the fact they had nothing new to show at a Motorshow that was happening elsewhere at the time...
