Very open ended question.
If its a CD changer that was a MB option for your head unit then yes provided you get all the relevant looms and its could be a-lot of work if the changer goes in the boot for example.
If a 3rd party unit I dont see connecting it to be issue but using it is another ballgame altogether and I think would be near on impossible via the head unit. Plus you would need the looms making up.
I would look at what connections were on the back of the audio 10 CD player (if one was ever made), if you can find pics online for example. if the connectikns match up with what is in the glove box, then look at a second hand unit then you have plug and play.
